Am I really HinSchG compliant?
Yes. Hinweisportal meets all requirements of HinSchG §12 — anonymous reporting channel, two-way communication, deadline monitoring, and audit-proof logging.
Is anonymity truly guaranteed?
Yes. If a whistleblower provides no personal data, the system stores no identity information whatsoever. The anonymous access code cannot be traced back to the person.
Where is data stored?
Exclusively on servers in Germany. GDPR-compliant, end-to-end encrypted. No data transfer to third countries.
What happens after a report is submitted?
The whistleblower receives an acknowledgement within 7 days. The internal team reviews the report and provides feedback within 3 months — all via the portal.
Can I use the portal with my own domain?
Yes, a custom domain or subdomain is possible — including your logo and brand colours.
Is an ombudsman service available?
Yes, a qualified lawyer can be brought in as ombudsman on request — including a legal setup review.
